Board Certified Veterinarians

Dr. Kate Goodman grew up in North Carolina and went to school at the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine. She graduated in 2012 and then moved to Northern California for a one year rotating internship with small animal internal medicine, surgery and emergency medicine. She has been working at TVRH since 2014. Dr. Goodman has a passion for surgical oncology, canine stifle disease and repair, and wound reconstruction. Outside of work, she enjoys swimming, traveling and watching the Orioles and Terapins!

Dr. Whitney Lemarr graduated from Auburn University in 2005 with her veterinary degree. After graduating she completed a clinical internship at Carolina Veterinary Specialists in Greensboro NC. She enjoys internal medicine the most because it allows her to treat a wide range of conditions and diagnoses. Outside of work, she loves running and playing with her two dogs, four cats and horse.

Dr. Mike Grafinger graduated from Mississippi State University in 1999. He did a one year rotating internship at an animal hospital in New York City with a large case load and then spent a year working at a 24 hour emergency and referral practice in North Carolina. He has been working at TVRH since 2008. He is board certified in small animal internal medicine.
